When will I receive my photo book?

Your photo book will arrive in 5-7 days. Upgrading to Expedited Shipping will take 2-3 days.

 

What sizes and cover types are offered?

  • 6×6 (soft or hardcover) – Small, discreet, and can fit in almost any bag. Great for saving money and printing lots of pages!
  • 8×8 (soft or hardcover) – Our standard sized photobook lets you see your photos in detail. Great for vacation and special events.
  • 12×12 (hardcover only) – See your memories bigger and better than ever! This is the premium photobook. Makes for a beautiful coffee table book.

 

What is the maximum number of pages in a photo book?

Our standard photobook starts at 20 pages at no additional cost, but additional pages can be added for a total of up to 160 pages!

 

Where are the books printed?

All of our books are printed and bound in the U.S.  We use only the highest quality products and standards. We bind every photobook to last a lifetime. Every GoBook is sewn and glued, unlike other photobook companies that only glue their binding. Every page is printed with the highest grade paper and printing technologies. And, every GoBook comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

 

GoBooks does not have access to my photos on my device. How can I enable access?

iPhone or iPad: Open the Settings app, and then tap Privacy, Photos, and toggle the switch next to the GoBooks app to ON.
Android: Open the Settings app, and then tap Apps & notifications, App permissions, Storage, and toggle the GoBooks app to ON.

Why does GoBooks require my location information on my iPhone and iPad?

Every time you snap a picture with your iPhone or iPad, location information is saved so that photos can be automatically grouped and displayed for your book making convenience!

 

Can I place more than one photo on a page?

Our smart technology will automatically place images in their respective groupings, but photos can always be added, reduced and changed.  To do so you can simply click the icon under each page to swap out the layout and orientation of the photos displayed.  To edit, crop or adjust your photo simply click on the page, then the photo and the crop icon.  To delete or add a photo to what is currently displayed you can select the page and then select the photo you wish to delete and the trash can icon, or select a photo and click on the image icon to add additional photos onto the page.

Do you offer full bleed pages?

Yes, all background colors or images made to fit to full page size scale will come printed with full bleeds.

An exclamation mark appeared on a photo. What does it mean?

Your photo is too small and will appear blurry and low resolution when printed at the selected size. Although we can produce the book with that image if desired, this warning is put into place to ensure the highest quality images for printing.

 

What if I’m not happy with my photo book?

Our production team takes great pride in printing and producing your photobooks.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact us for a full and complete runfund, no questions asked!
